The show reminded me of the hypocrisy of some city leaders who try to keep big box stores such as Walmart out of their cities because of accusations of low wages and poor working conditions, forcing local businesses to close, etc., but will do anything to get an Amazon fulfillment center or headquarters in their city when Amazon is accused of doing the same things. They love shopping at Amazon, but not at the big box stores.

Haven't gotten to watch it yet, but.. Season Finale's are usually pretty bad for South Park.

This was a bad, bad season, perhaps the worst ever.

"The Scoots" was probably the best of the season and that's not saying alot.. there were other episodes that had a whole lot of potential that just didn't pan out. "The Scoots" was a good episode, but that would be a poor episode in most seasons.

S3 I've always considered the worst of all, between them writing the movie, the death of Mary Kay Bergman.. At least it had a couple of good episodes in it.

Just got done with Bike Parade.. I actually enjoyed that quite a bit.. Very solid episode.. They may have tried to get a little too cutesy about how controversy never seems to stick to them.. Which is right.. I mean, they even got applauded by the NAACP for "With Apologies to Jesse Jackson"

But.. This episode was enough, I think, to make sure this season stayed ahead of S3.

Wasn't a classic or anything, but it was very good.
