Who else is watching and what are your thoughts? I like Costa Rica. Of course, would love to see USA and Thailand go far. But Costa Rica is very unique.

Does anyone really give a damn about Miss Universe, Miss America or any of these so called pageants?

What a waste of bandwidth!

In this day and age? This should have been stopped 30 years ago.

It was devoid of almost any interesting moments.

I watched, and my favorite contestant was Miss Vietnam H'Hen Nie, not only she is gorgeous and has an amazing presence and catwalk, she is truly beautiful on the inside and wants to make a positive difference for the Rade people in Vietnam, of which she is a part of, in helping improve their life situations in any way she can. Though The Philippines Catriona Gray won the pageant, H'Hen to me stole the show.

Seems like a concept that has outlived its usefulness. Contestants should have to prove they are multilingual, marathon-running, martial arts experts with a sizeable vocabulary, impressive reasoning skills, near perfect health, excellent oratory abilities, and capable of a mean game of chess. Then we can call the winner Miss Universe!
