The Code starts April 9th on CBS. Looks like it could be a good one.

This starts tonight. I always like Dana Delaney, so I'll try it.

JAG, except the will they, won't they couple and the CO are all Marines with the rare sailor making an appearance. And the racial diversity lawyer seems closer to The Code's "Harm" Rabb than the ex sub officer on JAG. Instead of an ex fighter pilot, the Harm stand in was an officer wounded in Afghanistan, I am guess as a Infantry Platoon commander

Then they made some stupid errors like putting a LT Commander in a mere Lieutenant's insignia

At first glance it looked like they hired a David James Elliot look-a-like as the killed Major. In effect The very first act of the show was to kill JAG, Harmon Rabb

I gave up on this last night halfway through. I just couldn't care about any of them or about what they're doing.

Maybe that is why they
Spoiler
killed off Dana Delany’s son

I don’t do CBS Access but spent $5 and bought E1&2 off Amazon
It really has all the problems so many shows do now—the actors are as cute as the language...

And the guy in the second episode—the defendant—he looked like he was 30 yrs old—was a SGT and had never been in combat yet he was in a highly desirable Marine MARSOC unit???
That just doesn’t seem possible...

The Major played a car thief on Elementary—he was Sherlock’s mentor for his addiction group
He can do better than what this show is offering him...
