Advertisements

It is halftime at the Superbowl and so far the ads have been hit and miss. I don't know why the agencies feel the need to spend the money on a celebrity but they do. In others I can't believe they get the green light.

My Favorites so far have been the elevator one for the car buying app and the Bud Light Tie in with "Game of Thrones" was really good.

The NFL just had a good and fun ad promoting themselves.

Now if the Pats can get it in gear and score some points...

LETS GO!

What has been your favorite commercial?

The only one I have liked is the one with all the football players. Half time was awful. Hoping Rams win

Very mediocre commercials this year. And the most boring Super Bowl game I have ever watched.

The one stand-out was GAME OF THRONES roasting Budweiser. That one was awesome.

^^ This. The NFL commercial was my favorite, but that's not saying much.

I didn't see any Dachshunds, so I'm pretty disappointed. Actually, my brain kinda turns off all the commercials, which is good. Can't really remember any of them.

Pretty boring game. Horrible, horrible commercials. Lame half time show.

The NFL commercial was the only one I truly enjoyed (although I did like the two Marvel commercials).

At least the Pats won!

Yup, yup, and yup. And Tony Romo has to be the worst commentator I have ever heard. Halfway through the second half, even my wife said, "Can't someone shut him up?" Maybe he was nervous, but he came across as a know-it-all motormouth.

All in all, this was by far the worst Super Bowl I have ever watched. By far.

Well the game was a big tense yawn of a battle between the Defenses and the commercials but for a few were also big yawns.

I still don't know how half of them got the green light. Has all the imagination left the building?

Where were the fun quirky Doritos commercials?

Having a celebrity like Harrison Ford chase his dog around is not going to persuade me to buy whatever it was they were hawking.

It was fun to see "the Dude" again in that commercial.

My favorite commercial was the elevator to the car buying. It was clever but did we need Justin Bateman pushing the buttons?

Where has the creativity gone?
