Fox isn't a regular channel? Most of the ALCS games are going to be on Fox, with some being on Fox Sports. It's the NLCS that isn't going to be on a "regular" channel, it'll be on TBS.

I have TBS. It was not available last night. Perhaps some sort of blackout??? That should not be for a playoff game!

For Friday October 4, the TV schedule was:

2:00p Rays-Astros
ALDS Game 1 FS1

4:30p Cardinals-Braves
NLDS Game 2 TBS

7:00p Twins-Yankees
ALDS Game 1 MLBN

9:30p Nationals-Dodgers
NLDS Game 2 TBS

I'm guessing being from NY, you were hoping to watch the Yankees and that game was on the MLB Network.

Here is the entire schedule.

The ALCS doesn't even start until October 12, so of course it wasn't on TV last night.

MLB has been following this same TV schedule for the playoffs for many years now. This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.
