I'm not liking this 6 month jump. Especially the Pamela & Chase divorce. No dang it, why did they make them get a divorce. They could of worked it out. I hope they get back together.

Anybody else find the season finale kinda of predictable? It was nice to finally see Chase in combat but the whole thing was kinda rushed...he was only missing for 30 minutes. I think the writer's are running out of things to do.

Default Army Wives

I enjoy the show. As a Army wife and former soldier, it brings many of our Army family concerns to light. I was excited to see the first episode of the season last night.

Yes the season opener was so good and boy roxy sure has her hands full with that oldest one TJ .denise owes her sons fiance an apology cause she noticed the baby was sick as well . Poor denise she seems to never get a break . She needs to give her sons fiance one . The girl was so nervous and she was trying to make a good impression and instead she ended up insulting everyone . Oh well we shall see what comes to light , yeah I dont like Pam and Chase being divorced either . I think at times Trevor is too hard on Roxy . I hope they dont end up spliting them up too .

Smile Storylines

I love this story - what someone said about the writers - kids today have so much ongoing drama - the whole TJ could go on and on and on - I love this show b/c it's totally realistic. At least, it seems that way to me.

Yes, Denise needs a break. Too much in her life.

And, I mean, didn't Amanda Joy go to law school and do 3 years in 1 year??? They could have dragged that out. Lots of stuff there.

Claudia Joy went to law school in her younger days, but quit before completion. I assume she probably pretty much picked up where she left off years ago. ??

I LOVE the addition of Harry Hamlin as an advocacy lawyer.

Default Army Wives cancelled?

Just watched the season finale and am heartbroken. Didn't even see this coming or hear about it. Anyone have the scoop?

I just finished watching last Sunday's episode. I don't want this show to end. I've been watching since Season I and it's one of the best shows on television. I've been reading that Season 6 will probably be the last season for the run. Lots of comments like, "all good things have to end."
I hope that's just rumor and will continue on for another few years.

If it doesn't, it's a shame because I've learned so much about what military families endure. Not just in combat but on the home front. It must be heartbreaking to make close friendships, only to have to leave because of transfers or unit disbandment. I've always had a great respect for the sacrifice this country's military personnel make to protect and defend it. After watching these stories (albeit television drama) of what life in the military is like, I have a deeper admiration for them.

What a shame this show might end. If it does, thank you for bringing it into our home every Sunday night.
