I really liked his show. Looks like his house is in the Larchmont area of LA which is VERY EXPENSIVE. So even his 2 bedroom 1 bath home even in this market is about $900,000. Great area.

This guy brings so much needed flavor and excitement to design. I was actually switching back and forth between his show and the football game because I wanted to see what he was doing. Also wanted to see what stores he was shopping for his furniture because I want to check them out myself for my home.

I'll be a regular viewer of his show. Now if HGTV will wise up and give that girl Kristen (of the old Design On A Dime show) her own show and HGTV will once again be the #1 viewed channel in my home. Kristen is sooooooo hott!!!!

Lot of hate going on here for Antonio. I think the guy is cool and will get more people watching HGTV than ever before.

I enjoy watching him much much much much much more than David Bromstad.

I think you're wrong. I don't hate Antonio--not at all. Where do you get the hatefest?
We are ALL entitled to our opinions about his special last night............aren't we?

Only in California would someone pay almost a million dollars for a tiny house decorated with a sophisticated spray paint method.

I like Antonio and think he'll have an interesting show. It just all depends on how long he can keep the momentum going by continuing to come up with new innovative things to try. I'm looking forward to the ride.

I don't hate him at all either. I think you were like me.... you had such high expectations until the end result was somewhat of a let down. Sombrero Girl would have looked better on his back.

I totally agree. Even if a guy looks great with his shirt off....there is a time and a place. There was the blond guy who came in second place in another season who did the same thing. It is distracting.....and not in a good way.

With that kind of persona, he'd never make it past the front door.
He maybe inspirational but the lack of professionalism (education, grooming, and those tatt's), not to mention vocabulary, will undoubtedly be his demise.
