I agree about Silver Spoons. I loved Welcome Back Kotter. Funny I can only remember what I liked , guess we block out the ones we don't. I think back then they were more sitcoms . Now the isn't that many and te ones that are on aren't that great. Some are good but not like the old ones. Actually I just thought of one. I liked John Ritter but I hated Three's Company

How can ANYone hate M.A.S.H.???????? Granted, Season 1 and most of Season 2 was rather one-note and silly. Loads of standard gags, caricatures and cheap and easy laughs. However, once some of the cast started to turn over and they started tackling more serious matters (with a touch of humor, of course), the show really jelled. Excellent scripts, well acted.

I find myself watching it even now, and marveling at just how good it was/is.

I was taken aback by that one as well; but tried to honor thier chioce---I love MASH though! I watch it every day and never tire of it.
