To all fans out there, whcih show do you find better? I myself love both, but Hells Kitchen is better to me. I love the competition and Ramsey's at his best.

This is a hard choice as I love both shows. If I could only watch one it probably would be Hell's Kitchen, but I love seeing what Chef Ramsey can do to businesses that need help (some of those kitchens Yikes!!).

Love his persona on HK, but also enjoy it when he lets his softer side show.

Did you hear that Ramsay was doing a similar show in Australia and there was trouble because of him using another word besides the f word, which I won't say what it was?

Kitchen Nightmares on BBCA is great. Some of these people have no business owning a resturaunt. The show makes you wonder how much of a rip-off dining out really is. People go to what is supposed to be a nice resturant and Ramsey shows the cooks in the kitchen heating up leftovers in a microwave or re-selling pre-packaged junk.
