Route 66

Where on earth did you get that one?

Is George Maharis still around , do you know? I think that there was some kind of scandal wih him in the seventies.
And, I am pretty sure I read that Kookie (boy, was he ever popular. . . ) had died. I don't think he ever acted after that show.

I got it on Ebay a few months ago - I got the whole series on 10 DVDs for a great price (as long as you don't mind no casings, inserts, etc.)

Both Martin Milner and George Maharis are still alive - I think Martin did a documentary about Route 66 a few years ago, "Back To The Mother Road" I think it is called - that DVD is hard to find, I guess.

EDIT: I erred: The documentary Martin Milner did is called "Return To The Road" - and what do you know - its listed on Ebay!

Just ordered a couple of DVDs from the Secrets of the Dead series which is on PBS and also Life After People, season one. Have to have more to watch when the TV channels get too boring this summer!

Yeah. I too wish they would release the compelete series on DVD. But I think the main reason they're all not out is because of music copyright issues.
