Yeah this is a cool thread. But The Simpsons are a conspicuous absence from the poll. They were a big cultural deal in the early '90s. I think The Simpsons' absence is even more inexplicable when the poll contains Sister, Sister and Jamie Foxx's show.
WB (network) had a full stable of terrible shows in the last half of the 90s..

On this list I would choose Cheers.

I liked Seinfeld but think overall Cheers is a better show.

Also, really liked Mad About You and Coach.
