I don't know if the Head-On people made the follow-up commercial because of the backlash to the original or if they'd planned it all along (first, let's annoy them, then let's join them in their annoyance!) but whichever way it happened, it was very effective and very clever. And I've heard from people who've used the product that it actually does work! Score 1 for marketing. Who-da-thunk-it, eh?

A long time ago I tried that for God knows why. I had/have chronic migraines. That crap does not work at all. How can you put that thing on your head?

The one I can't believe didn't make the list (and I read all 11 pages) is the one where the little brat puts things in the drive through bank teller window and destroys that guys car! Actually, all of those Nationwide commercials work my nerves.

HA! I hate the pharmaceutical commercials. They have made fun of them on MAD TV and it is hilarious.

+100 on Billy Mays...er...BILLY MAYS. And his shoe polish-dyed black beard and hair are just as bad visually.
I don't know about where you live but in western N.C. they have these young women hawking expensive rugs and used cars. Their voices are high-pitched, female versions of Billy Mays.
Commercials with any of them results in an immediate changing of the channel.

There's a cell phone ad running now. I'm not sure of the company but I think the name begins with "s". Anyway, Dad gets home from work and tells the family he has got a new family plan. And Mom says I can call so-and-so? Then the son, and then the daughter comes in beaming, thinking about some guy who's obviously not acceptable to Dad. Dad then lies to his daughter about how the plan has a clause that prohibits calls to this boy. That bugs me and I don't like it.

Well actually its a number of them, but they are the ones that are about prescription drugs. Im fed up with them, and feel it is out of control. Advertising medications for a patient to ask their doctor about. Sometimes these adds don't even mention what the medical problem is, just a name of a drug. These drug adds to me are the most ignorant and arrogant as well as dangerous advertisement going. So drug adds are definitely the commercials that get on my nerves.

Please help me, I am unemployed and the TV is brainwashing me through commercials.
Last week, it was commercials about medication for depression. I started to feel really depressed.
Yesterday, it was commercials for medication for genital herpes. They made me obsess about genital herpes. Do I have herpes? I don't feel like I have herpes...but how would I know? hmmm...
Today, it was commercials that said, if you need to urinate a lot, you might need this medication for your prostate. Do I urinate a lot? Maybe I do. Maybe it's my prostate. I'm a girl so maybe I need this medication to make up for my lack of a prostate? hmmmm....

Hee. You sound like my dad. I am trying to ban him from watching those commercials because now that he is not working he wants to go to the doctor for every imaginary thing under the sun. I had to explain to him that just because he gets warm (here in Florida no less) he cannot, being a 69 year old male, be going through menapause. I am sure any day now he will see a commerical for Clear Blue Easy and think he is pregnant.
