If anyone lives in NC, they've seen the extremely annoying attorney commerical (JSF) that says "tell those bill collectors, YOU MEAN BUSINESS" while pointing at the camera.
That sounds like the same attorney/lawyer commercial that I mentioned. It must just change the names of the firm to fit the location !
Yeah that one is pretty silly, that also reminds of me the Colonial Penn commercial where all those people are getting together after someone passed away recently, and when two ladies are talking one tells the other "Honey, it costs as much to bury a woman as it does a man."
I keep thinking Fred Sanford is going to come around the corner and give those ladies hell.
It's the commercial that starts out with a married couple in bed, the husband is watching television and the wife is reading. All of the sudden the wife turns around and stares her husband dead in the eyes and says, "does that have to be so loud?!" in a very scolding manner. The next scene her husband in watching television while she is on the phone in another room. All of the sudden she covers her hand over the receiver and yells out "can you turn that down please!?" in an equallly condescending tone as the previous scene.
The actress just seems to be angry and bitter in every scene. It bugs me every time I see the commercial, which is quite frequently when I watch television.

I understand the commercial irritating you, miamiman, but I also understand the frustration of the "wife". It is no fun dealing with someone who's hearing is going. I know, I am always asking my husband to please turn the tv down and he gets bent out of shape. If he's used my car and i forget, I almost have a heart attack when I turn the engine on and the radio blasts me out of my seat!
So while irritating, that commercial just shows reality!
