Man oh man, am I glad this show is back. I love it!

I thought the season premiere was excellent. The cold open--a little odd--but the rest was classic Office, something we haven't seen for a while.

The Erin-Andy-Gabe triangle, I'm really looking forward to this!

I don't know. Maybe it's because I'm developing a cold, but it felt off to me. Kelly was pretty good though.

I liked it too for the most part, but I'm starting to feel like it is a show whose time has come to an end. I do think it was a better episode than most of the ones from all of last season.

The opening dance/song segment felt a little too "Drew Carey Show-ish", imho

Unfortunately I didn't catch it last night. DVR was already recording 2 other shows. This may go by the wayside for me. I didn't find last year as funny as the previous seasons so that played a part in my decision last night. Although I may regret it after reading that last night was classic Office.

I agree, the last 2 seasons have sucked. I still like the show a lot, but last night...wow. The writers actually got it right

Kelly WAS awesome. I died laughing at her comment during the conference room scene!

In regards to the opening scene, it was just a play on some YouTube videos that have been circling around lately. Just like the Jim/Pam wedding dance, it was just a spoof.

Ah, well that would explain it then. I'm apparently hopelessly out of touch where viral videos are concerned. LOL

I've watched every episode for the last 7 years and i think last nights was quite possibly the worst ever.

Well, I don't agree with that at all, but you seriously don't think Whistleblower and The Banker were the worst? Those S-U-C-K-E-D. Like I'm-ashamed-to-be-a-fan-of-this-show sucked.

I saw a deleted scene scene last night, which I liked, so maybe it's just my developing cold that made me not enjoy it much. I'm not sure of that though. Remembering what I saw it still sounds to me like a mix of callbacks (anger management, Dwight's inappropriate peeing) and sitcom cliches ("we're stuck in an elevator", "Jimmie James, I mean Michael, hires an idiot nephew"), but maybe it worked better than I thought.

Also "The Banker" was a clip-show and clip-shows almost always suck. They're basically filler so just about any episode in the future will be better than it.

The beginning was slow, but it did get somewhat better towards the end. Certainly not the best episode ever, but hopefully it'll be a good season.
