Todays episode the couple were re locating to Atlanta from NY. They had 45 days too look and buy a house, she was pregnant and wanted to be in the house before the baby.
Why do these morons give themselves such pressure. Like could a woman expecting that far down the line, even want to consider moving and doing all the things it takes to move, plus take care of a new born.
I was wishing Egypt would have said ti them, call me after the baby.
they had the baby, then got the house.
I had clients that were looking to buy while she was almost 9 months pregnant. We looked at a home at 7 PM one night.
The next morning I awoke and when I checked messages on my phone, there was a photo of my clients with a newborn baby!
That same morning, I wrote up their offer and had them sign, while in the hospital!
I've noticed that Egypt seems to have a lot more issues to deal with. On one episode, an unmarried couple were looking at houses, and the stress of househunting supposedly caused them to break up. So Egypt sits them down for a come to Jesus meeting, and they get back together. I guess there's more drama in Atlanta than Ontario, but a lot of it seems manufactured.
There was an episode yesterday where a young woman was looking for a house for her and her fiancee who was still on the west coast in the Navy. Could they not wait six more weeks to buy a house until he got out of the Navy? Well, in the end they did decide to wait, which was probably a good thing.
