I loved Carla's commentary.....I started out not liking her, now, in my opinion, she IS a Top Chef....she's got the soul and heart that really are the makings of a Top Chef....

I've got to go down DC way this fall....Might have to make a little detour.

that SUCKS. I can't stand Forehead.

Maybe b/c I grew up around Germans, but Stefan never bothered me or struck me as too stuck up - after all, if you don't cheer for you, who will?

DAMMIT Casey, you were there to be a sous chef, not top chef. Your time was over. Even Marcel got that memo. Carla was a bundle of nerves and probably grabbed @ Casey's suggestions like a drowning man to a lifeline.

As far as I'm concerned, SHE'S top chef.

When those 3 helper chefs were walking in-I was thinking Please don't let one of them be Leah!

& did you see Jeff's face at the end? He looked so sad like he could have nailed it!

You gotta hand it to Fabio. He was honest. He was pulling for Stefan but he did critique honestly.

& I must be the only one who liked the early Toby. He toned down his critiquing too much.

I have been in numb ville couldn't post until now. I want to know why Carla listened to Casey?????? If she would have gone in cooking her food stopped 2nd guessing she would have been fine.

I am glad Stefan didn't win but I am telling ya all it was because of his attitude. If we all were honest we have to admit he out cooked most of the times the other chefs.

The reunion looks like they are going to be making a big deal out of the season one night flingy deal.

I agree, Gue. I saw that look on Jeff's face. Thought having Fabio might have been a bit biased, but he seemed honest. I too loved the more honest, possibly harsher, Toby.
