He's like the cowboy in the black hat or the mustachioed villain, whom we can't wait to see get their just desserts. Someday some one will clean his clock (a stunt man, no doubt), that being our just reward for the wasted time viewing this farce.

We've watched it for kicks a couple of times when just about everything was in reruns.
For what it's worth, I do remember the bald headed lout saying during one episode that the ones they show are not indicative of the large majority of most repossessions, rather they're the ones they choose for the show for entertainment.(Not in those words) Regardless of how real it is or not, it doesn't say much about the owner's business acumen to keep that big mouth around.
Oh and whoever it was that mentioned the woman, you're not kidding.

the show is real.. It's in LA what do you expect... thats why there's all sorts of rejects and degenerate people that get their car repoed on the show. The reason why this group is on tv is because of the amusement that undergoes their repo's and also the freakish image each employee displays. Most of the amusement is that it is Hispanic people taking your car. LOL It is a legit show. It is on television, because of the the amusement we all get out of it. Weirdos, heated arguments, simple assaults, and mexicans taking your car, o and the big bully...

I didn't know about this show until just recently. I watch it when I get a chance, and I guess it gives you some perspective on the life of people in that business, kind of like a soap opera version of the rep business!
I often wondered about some of the situations they encountered, and if they were real or staged. One such example was when Luis (the owner) fired Matt for climbing over a gate that was locked, and Matt was arrested for it, then later that night, Matt was hired again... how often does that happen in the real world? Another situation, where Matt got fired was when he wrecked a car he and Froy were towing, but Luis hired him a few days later after they had a problem with a repo job that went wrong, and Matt just happened to be there to handle the problem, and the guy who replaced Matt just walked off the job because he got scared.

And that Matt clown thinks he's the toughest thing since Chuck Norris. I'd bet money that if the script didn't make him such a tough guy (the show is nothing but fake dramatizations of repo's), he'd be getting his butt kicked up and down several LA streets.
