seems like more collateral damage from the writers' strike. TV really sucks these days :

At the rate they are going, soon there will be nothing worth watching on TV. I finally watched Dirty sexy money last time it was on, and I actually liked it. So i thought to myself, I'll start watching it. I guess not. Maybe they will do reruns.

As for Pushing Daisies, one of my fav shows, I hope Sci fi channel picks it up like they do with odd shows. I would also like to own the series.
I'd like to know how they judge which shows get pulled and which one's stay. Whoever is judging them, they need fresh new idea's with fresh new people.
I'm currently involved in a TV survey all this week and next, and giving them my 2 cents regarding networks cancelling the shows i love and how irked it makes me. I wonder if they will really care.

Are you kidding me???? They are canceling DSM? The only reason they are doing it is because that cast has to be the most expensive on television. What a bummer. I watched Eli Stone for awhile, but it got too preachy and Pushing Daisies was too cartoonish.

I'm really bummed about DSM ...

But Life on Mars! I love this show. I think it will do much better on Wednesdays. I think it did great considering it's timeslot. It really is a fantastic show.

DSM is one of the best written dramas on tv. We love this show. We loved Cane and Las Vegas also, both were canceled. What is wrong with Hollywood? Everyone appears to be struggling these days except for the movie stars (for now), if they are canceling because of the expensive cast, then the cast should be ashamed to want more money. If the economy continues the way it has been, no one will be able to afford a tv, cable or satellite bills.

DSM is my favorite escapist entertainment - I'm so sad it will be gone! That's two strikes for Lucy Liu...Cashmere Mafia and now this. I liked Cashmere Mafia, too...

I hate that they are cancelling these shows!!! I really love DSM. It is no wonder that people are so discouraged about watching network tv.

I can't believe they are canceling Eli Stone but still hyping Private Practice. Yuck.

And Scrubs? I think it's run long enough.

I was waiting to catch up on all three shows on DVD. All three sounded like they were decent shows that didn't deserve to get cut.

Yeah, Eli Stone was pretty darn good last season. This time is kind of fell flat with the story lines. Easy come easy go.

It had SUCH potential.

After reading through some other material, Eli Stone is a bit too intelligent for Television Viewing in general. TV is seemingly geared for those with lower IQs and so Eli had no chance. Way too bad.

After LOST is done airing, the Network won't have one singe quality original TV show left on it's schedule. Life on Mars is BBC originated and completed it's run with an actual ending.

Yeah, I'm sorry to see Eli go. Way too sorry. I find it hard to believe they have left LOST on the air.
