I assume you mean only American sitcoms. The Brits have aired an assload of classics over the years, and no sitcom list would be complete without them.

Barney Miller, All in the Family, Sanford & Son, Frasier, Cheers, Night Court and a bunch of others aren't on there. Very mediocre list.
