Last nights show....The rocker dad was a tad annoying...but i think there was a good lesson to be learned from last night.. So many of us do put our dreams and hopes on the back burner. And its good that the one family finally allowed their children to grow in that aspect. What gets me is these families sign up for this, and you hear a majority of them saying "get out of my house"

Exactly if you dont like it then why did you sign on for it . My husband and I actually thought of doing this but we changed our minds for fear of people like steven fowler appearing . No thank you not in a million years would I do something like this . I am so glad we changed our minds .

Anybody watching tonight?
Is anybody watching tonight's episode?
Both sets of parents are completely crazy on this episode and I feel bad for all the children involved. I think both of the mother's have good intentions but they're going about them the wrong way.
Mrs. Parker is right that the dad needs to spend more time with his son but why didn't she try to find something the boy was really interested in instead of forcing her own interests on him?
Mrs. Monster Hunter is right that the parents need to focus on all their kids and not just one but why didn't she take them to see exotic animals since that's what the kid's said they were interested in? Or why didn't she take them camping since they said they like to be outdoors? Why would she take them Monster hunting?
I guess maybe crazy is a prerequisite for these shows but I do feel for the kids in the midst of this nonsense.

I haven't been watching the show lately because it's very predictable..... one extreme family and another switch places, the spouses argue with the "new" spouses, they may learn one or two things, all goes back to the way it was when the moms come home and rip down the "rules" the new mom made..... YAWN.
I caught an episode a while back of my daughter's former karate teacher. I didn't even know they did the show. What a freaking embarassment!!! He's teaching kids at the karate school to be upright and honorable and all this other crap and his own kids (around ages 7/8 and 11/12) would rather have materialistic things than to be with him and his son (age 7 or 8) was practically a hermit. I was glad when I took her out of the school ---- when I saw this Wife Swap episode a couple of years later, I was even MORE glad that I took her out of his school. What a butt-wipe he is!
