Buzzy the Crow - Cartoon (IN, OR)

Does anyone remember Buzzy the Crow? He wore a straw hat and sang while walking on a tree branch and was swingin a cane, was this cartoon called buzzy the crow or what he just in another cartoon, any links to this cartoon fella?
