I was warming up to Fatma and definitely agree that she is stunning. She also sort of looks like Angelina Ballerina - the mouse from a story my niece used to read

100% with fruitlassie, too.

I wonder if we'll see a romance blossom with those 2 designers or if they'll manage themselves better than last season's Top Chef couch jockeys.

uh oh..........my daughter happened upon a news clip regarding Bryant Park. Included in it was the winner of Project Runway
I'll bet Lifetime freaked! The article seems to have disappeared now.......however she now knows who won. Typically I hate knowing such information and wouldn't have had her reveal it to me. But this season I'm just not feelin the love I once did for it so I let her tell me

I could have sworn that just before this season started to air, that in an interview Heidi said that the winner had not yet been chosen and even the contestant who won didn't know yet. Also, that they had the lines shown at Bryant Park, but without telling which line belonged to which designer.

Did anyone else see that interview, or am I just imagining things? haha

They haven't aired the winner yet. They do go over who designed which line though, mainly because the fashion industry primarily buyers are there.

I'm so upset the contestant, don't know his name got the boot. He was much better than the designer who was able to rejoin her cast mates.

So happy that Nina & Michael are back next week.

don't they usually show more than the final 3 lines at bryant park? although it tends to be kind of obvious who really had the full amount of money to work with and who didn't. fashion week always happens way before the episode airs, so they have all the designers who are left as of the show that will air that week do a line, to avoid spoiling the show. of course it's not usually as delayed as it was this year.

i remember one year though, there was some mini-scandal because one of the decoy lines at bryant park was better than any of the real final 3, in some people's eyes.

As far as I know they show the final 3. You could be right. I have to ask people that really know.

According to this article from back in February, the three finalists' designs were presented, but without indentification. Since it was "blind" there were not decoy designers as in the past. There are no spoilers in the article, in case you might be afraid to look. Heidi Klum Hosts Project Runway Finale In ‘Limbo’ - PEOPLE TV Watch

Thanks Bookmen. Until I read the article, I never considered what a raw deal the designers got this year as far as publicity.

Louise is a local person and in an article she said Fatma had more experience than all of the other models combined and there was some resentfulness over it.
