I liked Jake and Ed- both sweet caring great guys.
Jake would still be there if he kept his mouth shut. Once you reveal your inner feelings to a woman you are dead meat. As soon as he said that I knew he was a goner. And he was. Women have to be challenged. As soon as the challenge of trying to tie a man down is over, he's over.

He admitted that to the GUYS not to Jillian.

Many "The Bachelorette" viewers here at CK are forgetting that Jillian is not seeing/hearing what we viewers are seeing/hearing. Further, we viewers are seeing/hearing what the producers WANT us to hear/see. Calling Jillian an idiot is unfair. We can all hope that she sees Wes' true colors sooner than later.

And I also would love to see Jake as the next Bachelor.

Yeah, Jillian seems to like the bad boy type like Wes...everytime he's standing (slouching) at the Rose Ceremony, I just want to yell at the TV, "get a shave!" I don't find him the least bit attractive!

I guess Jake was just too "vanilla" for her...too bad.

Realitysteve.com says that Ed WILL be back, absolutely...I believe that's the teaser they showed last night (not the Jake part) but when Jillian is upset during what should be the finale when she makes her choice.

But whoever earlier in the thread wondered why they are still watching this stupid show, I wonder the same thing about myself!!! Seriously...the ONLY Bachelors/ettes who seem to have truly been in love and still together are Trista and Ryan!
Realitysteve also says the producers are HUGELY involved in creating all these little dramas and story lines, and telling the Bachelor/ette who to keep on the show (at least until Final Four) ...and I am at this point inclined to believe it.

Red face I lied

I admit it !!! I said after they jerked me around with the "Jason" finale earlier this year that I wouldn't watch the Bachelorette with Jillian, but somehow they got me hooked once again !!!

Are they trying to "outdo" their prior show ? Of course they are ! So what can we expect but 'teasers and twisters and lies' !!! I don't believe that anything is how it seems, but it is basically a scam on all us very loyal viewers !

So let's see what our 'friend' has to say this time ! Remember that guy's blog that gave away all the juicy details of what was going to happen before it did with Jason and Melissa ! Has anyone seen if he is posting on this and give us the link again?

p.s.
Did anyone else but me laugh when Jillian said that she gave up her career to find love??? Who the heck does she think that she's kidding ?!

p.s.s.
Catfancier posted while I was writing and answered one of my questions - Reality Steve - that's where I need to go to get my lowdown on the HOdown !!!!

I liked Jake a lot and he was my first pick from the beginning. I will say, however, that he started to get a bit boring and whiny as time went on. I don't get the Ed thing. I am pretty sure he would have been let go anyway. She was never that into Ed up until the moment he decided to leave. Then suddenly she was all about Ed. To me it was a "want what you can't have" scenario. I thought she was very immature as well about his work obligations. Does she not want a man with a job? I like Mike. Apparently she does not feel the same way because she's so iffy. I don't understand why she likes Kiptyn so much. I feel already that this will end up as many others with no happy ending. I vote for Michael as the next bachelor. How fun is he?

Well ultimately this show will never work because the actual time you spend with people is minimal. If someone makes it to the end what do you get, maybe 3 or 4 dates max? Certainly wouldn't be enough for me to get me to propose to anyone.

Ultimately anyone that goes on the show is just there to be on TV and to get to do some cool stuff like go to Spain or New Zealand. Nothing more really.

I don't think she could realistically expect Ed to give up his job(if that actually happened) for her when he spent what maybe one or two dates with her?

Jake did come across as a shallow in terms of interests and a bit boring not to mention a little needy.

Well the show is boring so it's hard to sit through all of it for me. Yeah they dropped off Robbie from the train....I guess for the drama. I am sure some one from the show picked him up because I saw a van there. Why couldn't she just wait till the train got back. Anyway, the show needs to be a more lively or I won't make it until the end

Anyway, I have given up on this one. Is reality Steve even doing is blog, or is this show just too boring!
