It's weird to me that the 25 guys were so bothered by the addition of 5 more. The extra guys gave them a higher chance of not being sent home that night. You'd think that would've made them feel a little less worried.

It would be better if she had a chance to sit down with each guy for at least 10 minutes to get to know something about them and to see if they share her interests. And write down who is who. Half the guys never had a chance to talk with her and some really cute one's looked really uncomfortable standing on the sidelines. And of course she passed them up. They should all get a chance with the bachelorettes that weren't picked last season.

Well of course it's all heavily edited and frankenbited. I heard that first night of filming can run to 6 AM. So I'm sure the bachelorette or bachelor has a chance to meet everyone.

I can't believe I am doing this again.....well as someone said it's cheap entertainment! I swore I wouldn't watch this after the Jason fiasco, but American Idol is ending, so have to get my reality fix somewhere. Oh and Dancing with the stars starts tomorrow too!
I like Juan
the pilot
get rid of the breakdancer
I like Kilton (sp)?
I like Julien only because their two names together would be interesting.
glad the lawyer stephen is gone...he seemed full of himself.

whoops I mean "So you think you can Dance" is starting. Just finished watching dancing with the stars and the only reason I watched that was for Melissa, usually I don't watch that.
I can't keep my shows straight lol

I like Mattheu, David the pilot, and Kiltyn.
Wes is a good country singer but I think he is there for the wrong reasons and I think he is the one who made the comment I'm here for the prize that is so wrong. Jillian isn't a prize. I think Ed would be good for her.
I'm glad Jillian did get rid of Bilbro- he's to stuck on himself. Also glad that Lawyer guy is gone- he was just weird and seemed to lonely.

Ok, that makes sense. The way they edit it sometimes is just stupid. I know it's for the drama effect.

I know...every year it comes on and every year (though I never saw the first season and I skipped Bob and DeAnna because I just hated them enough that I would rather turn the tv off) I watch it, hoping beyond hope that someone other than Trista will end up happy.
They've had some amazing people on this show who I am still shocked are single (Andy the Navy guy and Travis the ER doctor). Seems like it's not long after that they find someone on their own. I think the stars were just aligned for Trista because Ryan is great. But it's just so unrealistic that I don't know why I watch. But, there I am, DVRing it so I can watch it while my daughter is in school.
Clearly we are all hopeless romantics (or gluttons for punishment!).

What, a show that starts out with a giant cocktail party where at the end, the seemingly perfect Singleton has to eliminate someone who could potentially be perfect for them but perhaps just didn't have the guts to interrupt a one-on-one conversation? Then, if they didn't get eliminated, they go out on dates that could never be duplicated in real life, spend far too much time doing gratuitous skin shots in the pool and hot tub, all while totally sequestered from reality. After a few dates, they take them home to meet the family and at the end of the all-too-quick 2 month experience, they are supposed to propose and promise to love each other forever?
This doesn't seem realistic to you? I mean, how could it go wrong?

If you watch the show long enough and it seems most "reality" shows do this, is they "frankenbite" peoples words for use in "coming up tonight" or "next week on" clips and totally take things out of context to craft some drama so you'll tune in.
And then watching the show and seeing the context of it, often what you thought would be huge drama is just a pole vault over a mouse turd.
I read an interview with a guy that works on the production side of The Bachelor and says they frankenbite stuff like crazy to craft a story.
