I didn't like that Debbie stayed, either. It was totally her idea to use the Angel Food cake (they gave it to Duff, really?!) and she didn't get anyone else's ingredients, as she should have. I was furious with the judges, because they justified keeping her by saying she had a great personality and seemed warm. And? She can't make any good decisions and she screwed her team mates over. I hope the truth comes out in the next few weeks.

My all-time favorite TV cooking show is Top Chef. The rest are imitators, but I still watch them (Chopped, Next Food Star and Hell's Kitchen).

I love these shows, but the judges go against there own mission statement all the time.
It's all about the integrity and character, until it's not. Ms Lee, proves she has neither, yet she stays.

Top Chef does the same thing. Tom and Co. get on their high horses, then contraindicate themselves
left and right.

Arrow Next Food TV Star

Are you watching? Who are you rooting for? Bobby Flay sure is intimidating the contestants, isn't he? I'd tell him to take a long walk off a short peir if he walked into my kitchen and started pickin..picking...picking..

Guy Fieti (sp) seems to be the only Food Network star who has been a real success.

I'm watching. I REALLY like Aaron (last season's winner), but they only give him one show. sucks.

I like this season so far.

Wasn't it Adam Gergler (sp) that won last season? He was a cutie. And the guy who had the show Big Daddy's House...I don't see that show anymore either.

This season has some pretty good contestants and more than a few duds.

Adam didn't win. The winner, Aaron McCargo's show comes on Sunday afternoons.

I watched just because it happened to be on when I was in there. It's the kind of show I like but not sure I'll watch religiously or not. That dietician can't leave soon enough for me and I wouldn't mind if the apple tart lady and the tall team leader guy were soon to follow. I did like the long haired dude who won but not sure he has obnoxious enough a personality to win the whole thing. It'd be fun if they did a RW/RR kind of thing and brought runners up from Top Chef and other cooking shows onto this. Would love to see Stafan and Carla again LOL

They should have a death match between "apple tart lady" and Rachel Ray. Put them in kitchen stadium and let them try to out-perky each other til they both drop from exhaustion. I couldn't bear to watch, but the results would be gratifying.

I felt so bad for green beans girl, but really, did she expect to go far with what she made? I don't even like green beans, but I could've come up with that concoction. I haven't a lick of professional cooking experience either! I'm sure the thousands of people who applied to be on the show were quite ticked, to say the least, when they saw what she came up with.

I'm enjoying the season so far. It was good to see Aaron on last week's episode. I wonder how Amy's doing....she was offered a show, but she didn't pursue it due to family issues, right?
