Jeanette got the "hot and sexy chick on the show" vote. Evan got the "white midwest housewife" vote. I think Jeanette is smoking hot, but the wife thought that Melissa and Kayla are definitely the strongest female dancers. She cant believe Evan didnt get sent home as he just does not compare to the other two guys. Brandon will probably win though.

My favorite dance by the way.
You should see how super annoyed my wife gets when I start Quickstepping or Viennese Waltzing across the room when she's watching the show.

Evan seems to just have this HUGE fan base. The problem is that his fans really aren't doing him a favor by keeping him in when he just can't measure up to the other dancers, it makes him look bad (even though he is truly wonderful in his style) it feels embarrassing to me watching it, I can't imagine how it feels to be on stage and know they are stronger than you. Evan has a great career ahead of him no matter where he places in the show. I wish his fans would vote for the best dancer instead of their favorite in this case. I seem to remember something like this happening before and the dancer actually sort of encouraging his fans to vote for another dancer, I'm not clear on this though, it could have even been a different show, but it would be a good idea.

I think you mean Janine. Jeanette got the boot last week.

True but I think he is doing a disservice to himself by not dancing another genre in his solos at times too.
Will there be one boy and one girl winners or just one overall winner?

When the other dancers are so much better than the "favorite" the idea doesn't work well and hurts the dancer and the show. That's why I said "in this case"

Which is not to say the winner will be wearing overalls.

I get it - but I didn't make the rules. Surely you've heard Cat say "Welcome back to So You Think You Can Dance. The search for America's Favorite Dancer."
