Does anyone know Adam's contractual obligations to AI, and how they differ from the winner's?

Does he have to tour the entire year with them?
Does he have to make his first album with 19, the AI record label, and how many albums does he have to make with them?
Does he have to sing the songs they want him to sing?
Is he prohibited from signing on with Queen, Kiss, or whoever else he wants for guest appearances?
Is he free to appear on talk shows of his choice, or must he get permission first?
How long before he can say, "Free at last! Oh, Lord, free at last!"?

Also, how much is he getting paid to do the AI tour?

I posted a couple of articles about the contract on the AI thread, but they dont' have answers to the degree that you are asking here. In short, 19 studio owns the first right to any of the 10 finalists. If it wants to sign any of them, they MUST sign. There were examples of the winners who 19 Studio did not sign - Taylor Hicks comes to mind. If 19 wants to sign Kris and/or Adam, they have no choice but sign. Details of this contract -- would be nice to know.

Adam's brother Neil has to shut down his blog recently - meaning, everything connected to Adam's image is coming under some copyright holder (most likely 19 studio).

I don't have any answers, but Nuala answered many of them. The only thing I did read is that by the time they finish the A.I. tour, which runs through the summer they will each have enough money to pay for a nice house in full.

Did any one see the top ten on Larry King Monday evening? Ryan Seacrest was filling in for Larry.
They discussed a little about how each one gets to record one album under 19 and then it's up to 19, if they want to sign them on after that album. Adam talked a little about what he wants to record.
Plus, they are getting paid for their iTunes singles. I wonder who's in the lead for that??
And, they are paid quite well for the tour.
