I tried to watch it, but without the regular guy, Jerry Springer, it just wasn't the same. The new guy is loud. Might attempt to watch it again, or might not. I hate being a slave to the TV. I want to read instead.  |

I enjoyed Nick Cannon as the host but I admittedly have never seen the show before so I cannot compare. I will watch again.

Not sure if I can fit it into my "reality show agenda" ha ha. Didn't realize it started yesterday, although I have never really watched it...might have to check it out |

I am wary of the personalities of the judges, and that dampens the excitement a bit, for me... I would NEVER watch a Sharon Osborne show. David Hasselhoff is good for Beach Patrol  , but a judge?  Pierce Morgan has credibility  Wish Simon was there ! |

I just watched the show and I think he overplayed his role a little bit.
There are people with excellent self esteem like the girl who tried the african dance. 
BTW, the little 13years-old dancer was so sweet! |

We LOVE AGT! Actually, during a Cruise last year, we got bored one night and went back to our cabin and turned on AGT!
From what we seen so far, we really like:
The magician (with the big box).....now that was definitely Vegas stuff!
The robots (last night)......didn't show enough of them though!
The three little girls rock band (last night).....I'm a former drummer for rock group and that little girl drummer can really "kick butt" on that drum set!
The three blonde sister fiddler players.....David H. loved them!
The three black kids that sang "God Bless America" w/their mom who is in a wheelchair. Now, they were great, but not necessarily "Vegas" stuff!
There were a few other acts there were really "Vegas" type talent, just don't remember them right now.
Then, there was some REALLY, REALLY stupid acts (don't even want to think about them).
This show is definitely on our Favorites list as it always has been!

It's a nice break from cable news and their repeats over and over. (which is what DH does)......at least it's something to laugh at once in a while. I'm constantly amazed that people (like the African dancer) have the courage to get in front of a camera and do what they do.
