If you never got to know him or see what he could do how could he be the best? Most people think FDR is one of the best because of his efforts to end the GD.

Back to the OP, I also liked the special and I like getting to know more about him because before the election I hadn't really heard of him.

We don't know yet if he is the best, worst, or one of the best/worst presidents; it's way too early to tell. He's doing a good job so far but it's very early. Part of his job is to go to other countries (even hate mongers' countries) and do diplomacy. He does really care about the economy and is working on it; whether he is ultimately successful or not will not change the fact that he cares, and either way it's too soon to know if his doings will work or not.

Of course it was; how can anyone know yet whether he's the best (or worst) president, or not? It's way too soon. I just said that to rile up the neo-cons; I thought the rest of my post made that pretty clear, but I guess several of you didn't catch that.

I think Obama will prove to be one of the better presidents. Whether he will be the best or not depends on how he rises (or fails to rise) to our nation's challenges.
