glad to hear there will be another season. we have been recording the episodes and we are really behind! I think we have 5 or 6 just to catch up!

I'm surprised but happy! I had DVR'ed but not watched most of this season. Last weekend I was feeling sort of blue and had a Rescue me mini marathon - and it Rescued my mood!

Actually I did a lot of shouting during that episode I can't wait to see how they resolve that last scene. Maybe the ghost of Ellie will step in...I do know I had goose bumps watching it last night. This is one of my all time favorite tv series. Does any one know when the next season starts?

I have a love hate relationship with Rescue Me, my problem is that I just want one character to be psychologically close to normal. Even New York doesn't have that many people in one place who are neurotic as these folks. Not even Sienfeld.

I just love the opposite nature of heros in real life with such a wreck of their personal lives.

I loved Sheila's and Janet's interactions this season. This epi was just icing on the cake.

Yet another season ends with Tommy's life hanging thinly to some sort of heroic save. Can't wait to see who steps up to the plate.

I was so sick of the AA angle and was happy to see the gang all a float but sure they had to make a point; get careless and pay. AA isn't for everyone.

Next Season please get here; Come on, come on.

Damien really is a little trouble maker, isn't he? The final 19 episodes will be divided into two seasons ending 2011. Peter Tolan, the show’s co-creator, says the plan is to run the final episodes to coincide with the 10 year anniversary of 9/11.
