Thanks for the info! Yes, Damien is a trouble maker. They should just add one more episode...make it an even 20 and give us 10 and 10. I really enjoyed this year, with the longer run of episodes.

Yes he is! What a mamma's boy! You would think he'd fall in line now that he's atthe firehouse. Don't quite get how he's escaping Tommy's wrath.

Any one care to share a favorite scene from this season?

I have to say it was the grocery store shopping in full gear.
I have see this in real life and believe me ALL the women in the store no matter their age stand a little taller and sway a little more.
I say let them have all the fun they can, they deserve it!

I've skipped to the end of this thread as I don't wanna read any spoilers.

I recently was introduced to this show... and then I promptly went out and bought seasons 1-4 and I've Netflixed season 5.

To quote Jerry (RIP, Chief), "Sweet chocolate Christ!" This show is a.maz.ing!!!

Some of the best dialogue ever written and the actors are so good that, as hard as I try, I just can't imagine the woman who plays Janet... as being anything other than Janet. LOL wonder if she gets yelled at in the supermarkets and stuff. She's probably one of the nicest people you'd ever meet... but she's Janet! LOL

This is, hands down, tied with "Damages" as my favorite show!

I just love the expressions that the actors have on their faces, especially "Tommy"
Easy to relate to this show as you think your life should be perfect as your children grow up but you see in this show as in real life that you just continue to screw up and grow.
Love it, can not wait for the next season. You will understand the meaning of I might need a sandwich now.

we have the show recorded and are a bit behind on our viewing. But we laughed out loud at the episode when garrity had to show his manhood to the rest of the guys to find out what was wrong with it. talk about hysterical!
