Season 6 starts in April (the 5th, I think). We're caught up through Season 3. For some reason, FX in Portland, runs this at 11PM on Saturday Night and we don't have TIVO. HULU doesn't have it on their site either, nor does FX. Season 5 is not out yet so I'm hoping FX will repeat Season 5 in the month. My sister recommended this show. She imagines this is exactly how guys act in the firehouse. LOL

We were interested in Denis Leary's background and found out he had a cousin and a good friend who were firefighters and died in a Boston fire. Also, during 9/11, apparently there were not enough firefighters to drive the trucks so Leary jumped in a drove a truck.

Yes that is true about Leary, you can rent season 5, I got it at blockbuster, the gal there had suggested Rescue Me to me, once I started I could not quit watching it,so I rented all of the series as I could, so I was glad blockbuster had it, it aired here also a 11 on Sat night, guess it was adult language etc, so they had to put at a late programming time which is a bummer.

Default Rescue Me back April 7

I thought the last season (missed the mini epi things) was really poor plot wise. Tommy holding the baby over the river - yeah right.
But I love love love the show and have high hopes for this season.

It was good to see Michael J. Fox. I hope he's going to be tonight's episode.

I love this series although I thought last(?) year was sort of bad. The first episode this year was good. 22 episodes to make up for the long break and short season.

I had watched all of the previous shows on a rental DVD's, I don't think I like watching it with all the commercials, wish it were on HBO, it was more fun watching on the DVD's, course I'd have to wait till this season was over to do that

Still one of my Favorites. I wish the Shield hadn't gone off and quit on us. I sure hope Rescue Me keeps on running and doesn't peter out on us. Too many good show going away or gone already. I fear for this one.
