I've never been a fan of Married With Children.

Lucky for me, I can't relate to any of the characters.

Well I stopped watching the marathon because I just got hit with a surprise. The eps that aired from 10am to 3pm, are not being repeated from 3:30pm to 8pm.,

What kind of marathon is that? I wish I can the person in charge of TV Land programming into a coma

I watched some of it, it is a funny show. I'll have to take some time to actually sit down and watch it. I couldn't today through.

A lot of the stations do this. I noticed TV Land did the same thing with the Roseanne Marathon a week ago. Roseanne had 9 seasons, 100's of episode, and they kept playing the same 10 over and over. Hallmark and WE does the same thing with The Golden Girls sometimes too. Again, GG had 7 seasons of episodes, but they still play the same ones over and over again. I have no idea why.

TV land reprensentative stated it was because they feel no one is going to watch more than 5 hours of a marathon at a time so that's why they decided to show the same ones over after 5 hours.

That's a dumb explanation

That really is a dumb explanation. I know plenty of people that would watch more than 5 hours. Turn it on, listen to it while working, or just sitting there watching it. That's a bad excuse.
