It was a new western show that was on CBS on Saturday nights in the mid 1990s. The main cowboy characters were a diverse bunch: an escaped slave from the Deep South, a guy with a strong Southern accent, among others. I can't think of the name of it for the life of me. Anyone remember the show title?

Thanks everyone. I actually found an archive of all 1990s shows - the one I was looking for was called The Magnificent Seven it ran from 1998 to 2000 on Saturdays and was a remake of a show by the same name from the 1960s
