Billy Mays has died
I cannot believe it. This makes four in one week. I never could stand his commercials but still it is sad. He was only fifty and his wife found him this morning.

That is sad news. I wonder if he had a brain hemorrhage or something. I really could not stand his voice. Anyone dying suddenly is sad though.

Oh cwap! If they can link a brain injury sustained on the landing ... rut ro! Like him or not, Billy Mays loved what he did. If you ever watched an episode of Pitchman, you could see it.

Never saw Pitchman and I'm among those who hit "mute" when his bellowing came on, but I agree -- the guy loved what he did. And only 50 too...very sad. I'll bet the "hit on the head" during the plane landing comes into play with one of those brain injuries (subdermal hematoma, I think?) such as the one that killed Natasha Richardson....just seems too coincidental.

Hated his voice, and I think infomercials are stupid.
Even so, this is sad. Any death is sad. But it seems compounded when it's a guy who is only 50.

probably what happened to him is what happened to Natasha Richard(son). ANy hard blow to the head needs a trip to the ER.
