There are so many to choose from, but one that hasn't been mentioned yet is the Superfans. I think John Goodman possibly was involved. My favorite part was when they were wagering on the matchup of mini-Ditka and God.

The Richard Pryor/Chevy Chase Word Association/Job Interview:
Hulu - Saturday Night Live: Word Association
Other honorable mentions:
Belushtoven. In fact, there are probably 20 or more Belushi sketches that are classics.
Chris Farley and Patrick Swayze auditioning for Chippendale's.
Land Shark.
Eddie Murphy as Tyrone Green.
Celebrity Jeopardy, especially the ones with Sean Connery.
Will Farrell as James Lipton.
Lothar of the Hill People.
Chris Farley as the motivational speaker. "Livin' in a van DOWN BY THE RIVER!"
Christopher Walken as the Continental.
Alec Baldwin as Pete Schwetty.
"I got a FEVER. And the only prescription is MORE COWBELL!"

-The Church Lady skits (Dana Carvey's best IMO)
-That one with Chris Farley and Patrick Swayze auditioning for Chippendale's was also one of the funniest individual skits I remember.

Not one vote for Coffee talk with Linda Richman? I always got a kick out of those. My fave was when Glenn Close played Linda's sister

I like the skit with Michael Jordan, where the motivational speaker (can't think of the guy's name) had Michael look in a mirror and say, "I'm Michael Jordan and people like me". That's the only part of the skit I remember, but it still tickles me.
I also like when Eddie Murphy was James Brown trying to get into the hot tub. And let's not forget about Buckwheat!
Then there was Joe Piscopo and Eddie Murphy singing Ebony & Ivory ("He is blind as a bat and I have sight").
Eddie Murphy as Velvet Jones.
The Church Lady ("Well, isn't that special?").
