me too Creekcat!! No idea how I missed it before. TOOOOO involved in those stupid reality shows I'm thinking. I've now ordered every season from Amazon
Any episodes where Wil Wheaton or Sheldon or Leonard's mothers guest star are hilarious. Sheldon trying to get a driver's license is pretty funny. I found the first season to be more quirky and nerdyiffic than future episodes. I'm a big fan of unaired pilots so here ya go: http://videosift.com/video/The-Big-B...red-Test-Pilot
I sing "Soft Kitty" to my cat and she raises her tail up an walks away. Maybe it's because instead of singing "little ball of fur," I sing "great big ball of fur" because she is.
Anyhoo, I love the show and how newer characters like Bernadette and Amy Farrah Fowler have helped it to evolve. All the roles, even the small ones like Stewart the comic book store owner and Barry Kripke who talks like Elmer Fudd make the show hilarious. I like the fact that they continue to return.
I was watching reruns of the first season. In the pilot and for a few episodes, Leonard was more like Sheldon. Leonard spoke like Sheldon with that clipped kind of speech using scientific metaphors for everything. The fact that Leonard evolved into the more "normal" one of the group worked really well because his interactions with Sheldon are very funny.
Sheldon vs Will Wheaton is the greatest television rivalry since Jerry vs Newman
I really like this show.
This happens from time to time?
I saw an episode last night where this happened. They were waiting in line to watch "Raiders of the Lost Ark", with an addtional 21 seconds of footage added, when Wil and his friends were allowed to break line. It was funny.
Creekcat, what did the 21 extra seconds of footage show?
