Why wasn't Meemaw there? And why weren't there bridesmaids and groomsmen? Howard and Raj set up their first date, the least they could have done is make them groomsmen!
Per the producers there were so many "guests" at the wedding that they had to cut some people. They did film Meemaw leaving a voice mail for Sheldon but it got cut. They also felt that with Young Sheldon coming on right afterwards that viewers might have a hard time with old Meemaw (June Squibb) and younger Meemaw (Annie Potts) back to back.
What annoyed me as well is that Amy didn't save Sheldon's viewing of her in her dress for her walk down the aisle...Twice she presented herself in her dress before the wedding! It is considered bad luck!
