Fox had an entire line up of great shows in the early-mid 90s, all of which at the time were pretty raw...
*Married with Children
*MadTV
*Martin
*Living Single
*In Living Color
*The Simpsons
*Beverly Hills 90210
*The X-Files
*Melrose Place
*New York Undercover

I agree. This was an exciting time in television, IMO. Many of these shows bucked convention such as "Married's" total un-PC approach and the X-Files just being wayy out there. Even 90210 was recognized as one of the first dramas that focused on the kids as main characters with parents in the background.
Oh yeah, I used to love this show! Some of my favorite characters were Wanda, Homey the Clown, and Fire Marshall Bill. "Men On..." was also one of the funniest skits IMO. The Wayans brothers created some of the most hilarious and creative comedy I've ever seen on that show and of course it launched the careers of some very famous people like Damon Wayans, Jaime Fox, and Jim Carrey.
One of the best shows of the 90's. Fire Marshall Bill, Homey the Clown, This Old Box, Men on Film, and others were all great.
So funny. I just happened to catch a rerun where they were introducing J.Lo as a brand new FlyGirl. I didn't even recgonize her. I wouldn't have picked her out of the rest of the dancers if Keenan Ivory Wayans hadn't brought her out front of the others.
I have to admit I didn't care for the Jim Carrey characters; I don't really like Jim Carrey all that much. But I loved Homey D. Clown, anything Kim Wayans did, Men on ......, skits, the blonde lady (can't think of her name). As the seasons went on though, I seemed to find it less funny. I don't know why. I think it's because it featured more of Jim Carrey.
