"Frasier", I never watched it faithfully but it had some of the best writing ever!
"Monty Python's Flying Circus"
"Fawlty Towers", only a few shows, but what a killer!
"Tracy Ullman", one of the most talented actors around
"Tracy Takes On"
"Dream On"
"Herman's Head"
