What is you deserted island TV series?
You are Chuck from the movie Cast Away—the the Tom Hanks character stuck on a Pacific Island. You open one of the FedEx boxes washed up on the beach to discover a waterproof container with a solar powered DVD player and the full set of DVDs for a TV series. (How incredibly convenient!!)
What would you want your deserted island TV series to be?
(The full series, or all episodes up to Sept. 2009 for a current running series).

OK, since I couldn't think of an immediate "goto" show. I thought, if it was up to me, I'd try and get the most bang for my buck and choose a long running series so it wouldn't repeat as often.
I went here:
Longest Running Comedies
I thought M*A*S*H would be the winner but I see that King of the Hill actually has one more episode and Andy Griffith is only a few behind, so for me it is one of those three, probably King of the Hill.

Frasier. I still chuckle during every episode, although I've seen them all several times. Also helps that it ran for a long time, giving me "more bang for the buck," as ecvMatt said.

I thought about going with the old standby, Gunsmoke. Great characters. Lots of episodes (635).
But I might choose something completely different, like Entourage. There are only 88 episodes. But I would get an added bonus of music, since the theme music varies with different episodes. Plus lots of hot babes.

That's what I was going to say! Plus it would be fitting with the plane crash, island, etc...

Cheers. That show still makes me laugh and I never get tired of it. 275 episodes.
