You know you're right. He was too quick to accept the visitors and was acting strange. I bet you're right

I love the mystery and suspecision and that anybody could be one of them element. Very shades of the cylons and the colonials in BSG. If that is part of the reimagining then I'm really looking forward to see how things unfold. No better way to keep your enemy in limbo than make them question everyone in their world and if they are real.

I'm excited for this series and I think it will do well with the FlashForward/Lost audience. I'm also happy to see that my Firefly friends have found good roles on popular shows, e.g., Gina Torres in FlashForward and now Morena "Smokin' Hot" Baccarin in this show.

ABC.com - V - Home

Who's watching on November 3rd? Has anyone seen the original series?
I watched the old series, and saw the new one this past Tuesday. What an amazing new show! I really am into it. The special effects are tremendous, and the story is really intriguing. Compared to the old, I can't remember enough to be specific! LOL All I can recall is that the old TV show would scare me, and my mom would tell me I couldn't watch it.

I hope this show succeeds!

Just caught V on Hulu. I liked it, I liked it, then I didn't like it. I liked Anna, lots of evil intrigue behind that smile. Maybe the other characters will grow on me. But that "we have to organize a resistance" line just left me cold.

Why is that?....without a resistance their woud be no show.....it would jest be "The world bending over for the lizards"

I liked it kind of. But all I kept thinking about was that this remake reminds me more of "They Live" than V.

Is it because you felt they jumped in so quickly to getting a resistance together? Like it didn't seem believable she would go from FBI official to resistance fighter? I felt something like that. It felt like her character needed some more development before she'd say a line like that.

I dont think you need much more than your partner turning out to being a lizard alien that just tried to kill you. That would be enough to make me want to organize a fight.

More development, that's good way of putting it. IMO everything happened to quickly in one show. There's no mystery anymore. Right away the visitors are evil and there's a resistance...one show in I can see which way this show is headed and I've all ready lost interest. I'll bet this show doesn't last two seasons.
