I would come home around 11ish and it would be on for an hour. I think I have watched every episode, know all the characters, their love lives, who fathered Roz's daughter, never saw Maris, - its funny cause I would see the previews when it was still on regular tv and thought how crazy boring it looked.

Today I just discovered "Everybody Hates Chris" on BET - that show is hilarious! Chris Rocks narration is great and the characters are so believable - especially the Mom!
What the heck? Is that a series about the gay midget porn industry or did you mean "Two and a Half Men"

The Middle
I was expecting another lame sitcom, but I think it's hilarious. You might have to have been a working mother while raising a bunch of kids in a mediocre suburban house to really appreciate it. Tonight I watched one which really cracked me up. They have 3 kids and the youngest is about 8. The mother wanted to eat their fast food dinner at the dining room table, so they could talk. After they sat down they realized there was no chair for the youngest kid, because that's how long it had been since they sat at the dining room table. The actress who plays the daughter is really funny, too.

I don't like most reality TV shows. I'm a fan of classic movies and rarely watch anything on primetime. My favorite shows are Mad Men and some of HBO's programming. I was quite surprised to enjoy Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which I watched one day because I heard that Bruce Jenner was the stepdad. I've been a fan ever since.

How I Met Your Mother. When I heard about it, I thought it was another horrible sitcom. I was hanging out with someone who was watching it who told me it was good. I checked it out, and have loved it ever since.

100% of my TV viewing is from DVD's I get from the library. I refuse to pay hard earned money for cable and I don't want to waste my time watching broadcast TV. Our Library system in Lincoln, Nebraska is fantastic. I just finished watching "Season #2 of 30 Rock" and I loved it. During a blizzard recently I watched several seasons of 24. DEADWOOD, THE SOPRANOS, STAR TREK VOYAGER are some others that have kept me from getting cabin fever during this long spell of cold winter weather. That is in addition to my regular reading from the library. Thanks in part to my library, retirement is great.

Too many to list, so I'll go with the most recent:

Vampire Diaries.

I didn't expect to love Breaking Bad as much as I do...

I'm hooked on Sons of Anarchy and Big Love as well.

But my secret addiction is Law and Order Criminal Intent. I will watch it over and over again. SVU is ok, but I love CI with D'Onofrio and Goldblum.

"Men of a Certain Age". I don't like either Ray Romano or Scott Backula and I don't know who Andre is but I stuck with the series and was looking forward to each eppie. I'm a little older than the characters, kids are grown and gone but I am relating to them and I think that's why I ended up really enjoying this show.

Desparate Housewives. I'm a guy, and wound up watching one night unplanned a few years ago with my wife. I got hooked right away. It is the one show that makes me laugh out loud each episode. It is high humor, and several of the characters are definitely hotties. Gabby and Teri Hatcher's character (Susan?) are hilarious.

I was suprised, at myself, when I tuned into Keeping up with the Kardasians. Now I'm hooked. Can't wait for the new episodes to start up. I enjoy it so much for the sisterly connections, makes me long for days of past spent with my sisters. And of course I enjoy watching the craziness of the whole family.
