Tamara being broke. She was always broken in my book. Nasty person. Sell some of the LV bags, rolex and everything else her husband obviously purchased on credit since he didn't have his job at the dealership at the time. She was only in real estate for 10 minutes. She signed on to be a real estate agent right at the end of the boom just before every subprime lender in the OC started imploding.
Vicki is the only one who hasn't said anything about being broke.
Lynn has always had her head in the clouds. Her kids are a representation of her lax parenting.
I wonder if there will be a real housewives of OC being filmed from a apartment complex where they will be living because they can't get any more credit extended.

Rose Red I was thinking the same thing after watching the episode. 
Now this show is really now becoming a reality show, people living beyond their means. 
Yah.... next season: Real apartment housewives of OC...

Sing it sista! Simon seems to be a very controlling, icky man. Tamra is pretty but her nasty attitude and seemingly permanent frown lines makes her look really harsh. Also, lowlights should be considered for her. Her hair needs some help.
I have a really hard time feeling badly for Jeana. PULEASE! Sell some of your crap, move out of your house, sell some cars, quit spending $200 on lunch (I don't care it was for a friends bday, you have no $$!), cut your kids completely off (maybe not Colton, isn't he still young?), and stop with the "I guess I could live in 5K sq feet instead of 9K'. Also, your teen son is not a financial guru. If you need help, ask someone who does this for a living. Making your son responsible for your diet or finances is creepy.
Gretchen's skin seems worse this year and her lips looked different. Are they thinner or am I imagining things? Slade is gross. You know those guys that before you know their life story and meet them they are ok looking but once you know a spec about him he makes you feel like you need antibiotics? And is it just me or did it look like he waxes his body?

I think he does wax his body which is a shame! I think he's hot but I don't like the dirty gray beard, looks wolfish. I think Gretchen had more work done to her face and lips, she does look diffrent this season.

I can't stand Gretchen.
I mostly like Tamra - at least she's honest about how she feels about you, lol.
I don't know if anyone remembers, but about 2 years ago, Jeana was talking to the cameras and apparently she also has/had houses for each of the kids (in their names) when real estate was good. I wonder if she still has those.

I want to slap Vicki every time I see her face. She is so condescending and pious attitude grates me to no end. She does not fill my love boat.
Tamra is not far behind Vicki and I am glad that they are both 2 peas in a pod. Even if I didn't like you as much as Tamra hates Gretchen, I just wouldn't speak to you or about you. However, I think her attitude towards Gretchen is uncalled for. I also find it interesting that she is all buddy buddy with Lynne since she had nothing to do with her last season.
Jeana hun, the real estate market was bad for everyone. What did you have in savings and nested away for rainy days? If you teenage son makes more sense to me than you do - we have a problem.
Good for Lynne, I am glad that her business is taking off. I hope her daughter went to rehab!
I just think that Gretchen is a lost soul. I don't think she is mean like Vicki and Tamra. I hope the new hw kicks their butts and puts them in their place!
