You're not alone! I feel the same way about LOST that you do.
Every year I say I'm not going to watch the next one and every season I come back. It has to be the most popular show with the most ridiculous scheduling ever on TV.
Since the 00s was the decade of 'reality tv' I'll go with my favorite rtv show: the First 48. It's a real life detective show with real murder scenes, real detectives, and real criminals.
Here is a sample of one episode from 2005 detailing the rape and murder of a small town Nevada girl who just moved to Las Vegas by a man hiding in her apartment. The ending is incredible (not in a good way).
Sons of Anarchy, Nip/Nuck, and the Law & Orders are really good too...
