The commercial makes it sound like he's really been a regular Sherrif Joe somewhere for the last X number of years. I find that hard to believe although certainly stranger things have happened.
Didn't watch the show - you did right? So what did you think?
I saw some of it and not sure if he has been and honorary sheriff or a regular sheriff. i'll watch it again if it stays on. kindof like cops...out patroling the streets and taking down the bad guys.
I thought it was a laugh. At one point, the driver of the vehicle he was in yelled at Steven and told him "Don't tell me how to drive!". This show seems kind of fake, I noticed that it didn't seem like he really did anything. They showed him involved after the suspect is under control.

Yeah...I don't think that other cop is much into Steven...almost as if the show (and Steven's presence) is making a mockery of real police work.
On a side note...what's up with Steven's heavy cajun pronunciation...which borders on gangspeak?
if I remember correctly [not a steven segal fhan] isnt he from South Philly????
I don';t tremember them speakin cajun there....
