I'll take the $10mil home, I loved it. If I were to buy or build there, Amagansett is where it will be.

I think this was due to her having a sister with kids who will also be using the house. Maybe they have a joint inheritance. I inherited 5 acres of cow field in a one red light town that will be perfect for a mobile home retirement plan.

Ugh already 1 episode was a repeat, in Boca Raton.

The penthouse with the pergular, (sp) was breathtaking, would love that, only 12 million.

Is that the show where this lady had to put her dog on a diet to be accepted under the 20 lbs. limit in a building?! Is this a joke?!

HOA is getting crazier and crazier these days...

With that kind of price, I am bringing a Great Dane and a Bull Mastiff with me!

Some of the properties just make my neck crawl with the lack of space, natural light...errrgh!

Makes me favor those open loft styles.

the first episode was new, the second was a repeat. in last nights new episode, a young and expecting couple were looking for a place, and there was a new luxury development in the city, really nice.

NO JOKE!

I would love to have one of those places, but I'm not sure I would want to be neighbors with many of those people. I wouldn't want to ride an elevator with someone who was all disappointed that I wasn't a celebrity.

Default The Official Selling New York thread........

Have any of you watched this show?

I like to watch anything related to NYC. I like the properties that they show but the show is about as stiff as it comes.

I mean I'd run the other way before I'd work with any of those agents.

They all seem fake and slimy. Everything is "fabulous" or "that's so you".

UGH.........

The season must have ended because my DVR is no longer recording episodes. We only record the new ones during the original time slot. I didn't sense the slimy feel regarding the agents...I was focused on how ridiculously expensive those apartments were and how snooty some of the buyers were!

Money has a strange effect on people.

Yup, snooty for sure.
