Has anyone tried to apply any of these "techniques" to real life to see if you can tell others who are lying?
I always forget to think of "Lie to Me" when I'm dealing with people in my "real" life. After the day is over is when the thought pops into my head. I forget what the techniques are too. Up, down, left or right eye movement? LOL I'm better of not knowing! Sure would be useful though.
It wasn't the season premiere -- it was the second half of the second season.
You're right. Don't know why I thought is was the season premiere. I've seen all the past epis of Season Two. We're they showing reruns before Tuesday?

Maybe because so many shows are premiering now?

They were showing some. I managed to see one, but one scrolled off our DVR (I really need to get those episodes of Holmes on Homes off the DVR and onto DVD).
so wait the last episode wasn't the season premier? Didn't know that! I like the guy with dark curly hair but I forgot the name of his character. This show gets compared to the mentalist but I like Lightman better than Patrick jane or whatever his name is. I don't see why everyone thinks that guy is attractive!
The hiatus was good for the show, I liked this episode a lot. Great villian...I liked the way he hit on Ria Torres, it was very creepy in a Ted Bundy kind of way.
I DVR this, turn it on and tend to lose interest. And the Dr. does too much bobbing around and weird head angles.
But I'm watching this last one where he's in Afghanistan and I'm liking that.
Didnt realize i was watching the season premier. I liked it. I dont really like the main character. If he talked to me like that in real life like he does "suspects" and friends. Id break his nose.
I have watched that program a couple of times recently and I have to agree. Lightman is a bit like House, portrayed like some arrogant god. He seems like a hyperactive gnome, nor do I like that terrible accent of his.
I don't like the way the other characters are treated. The team seems to consist of two parallel units, the interaction is little and of a patronizing way. If anyone is wrong, it is always the rest of the team.
If it weren't for Torres, I would not watch that crap. The actress is cute
