Default What are some good volunteer opportunies in the Tyler area?

I think it is important to give back to the community that you live in. Can anyone share some good volunteer opportunites in this area? Thanks in advance!

PATH. Bathesda Clinic, St. Pauls Clinic, United Way might be a clearing house for you, PATH most likely knows

if you have a pet, then you can train it to be a therapet and join the volunteer therapet group in the area

you dont even have to have a pet to join the therapet group here in tyler. i didnt have one when i joined them, and now that i have a kitten, im getting him started on basic behavior skills, then maybe get him to be a therapet eventually.
