Anything near Tyler where you can Mt bike, hunt or hike? My nephew hunts plots but I'd like to actually get out onto some public land and make it a chase. Camping or hiking a big plus. Blm land?

Tyler State Park has Mt. bike trails. I've heard of other trails, other than the walk/bike trails in Tyler. Which are Rudman and South Tyler Trails. I know bikers ride from Tyler to Jacksonville on bike lanes part of the way on Highway 69 South. I hope someone else on here can give you more information.

Texas has no BLM land. If you want to ATV or camp, you have to pay. We head southwest in the winter for free camping and ATV riding.
